Book Shipping and Return Information:
  • Return Policy:  Within 3 weeks (in same condition and excludes shipping charges), with advance notice.  Returns without approval of Hidden Staircase are subject to a minimum restocking fee of $25.00 or 15% of the item being returned, whichever is greater.  All returns must be in resaleable condition.
  • Shipping and Handling Charges:  UPS or Media Mail Insured $7.99.  Each additional mass market paperback $ .50.  Each additional oversized paperback and hardcover $1.  Books over 2 lbs or oversized books extra. Only lower continental USA shipping available at this time.

    • Orders $75.01 - 100.00  - $13.99
    • Orders $100.01 - 125.00  - $15.99
    • Orders $125.01 and Over  - 10% of Order Subtotal
  • Personalized Pottery ships by itself and will have its own shipping charge.
  • Free Backorder shipping for Pottery & Gift orders over $100.00.  A $3.00 shipping and handling charge may apply for orders under $100.00.
  • UPS delivers to street addresses only.  P.O. Box delivery is not included in our standard shipping options.
  • Only lower continental USA shipping available at this time.
